Fancy meeting you here, I’m Courtney.
Welcome to my Commonplace.
What’s a commonplace?
A commonplace book is a personalized, central notebook used to collect and organize knowledge, including quotes, ideas, poems, recipes, and notes from reading or conversations. It acts as a "supplemental memory" or curated repository of inspiration and knowledge.

A few things you should know about me:
I’m a 90’s baby
Taylor Swift is my favorite songwriter
My rising sign is Leo
My True Colors result is Gold
ISFJ is my Meyers-Briggs
I am a lover of reading, pop culture, and baking
I'm also engaged to the love of my life, dog mom to Margo and Archie, and a full-time entrepreneur — which basically means my schedule is chaotic and my hobbies are the thing keeping me sane. I love to read, bake, DIY, and organize, and I tend to hyperfixate on things, which means I've accidentally accumulated a lot of knowledge on some pretty obscure subjects.
This blog has lived in my brain for years, and I'm finally letting it out into the world. The idea is simple: when someone asks me about something I know way too much about, or I want to shout out a favorite, I now have somewhere to send them — organized, all in one place, and actually easy to find. This is meant to be a fun and creative outlet, never a job. But if I can earn a little back through affiliate links so I can buy my loved ones (and myself) nice things? I'm not going to say no to that.
